The following broadly describes Kresher Capitals Non-Performing Loan investment parameters which would invite serious consideration on behalf of our group. That said, please keep in mind, we would look at any related transaction or profile of investment which may be opportunistic for our group even though some or all of the deals details are not in line with these parameters. Primary and overriding Investment parameter is to acquire these assets at discount to Par wherein our position has multiple and pliable exit strategies using our groups skill sets to add further value.


Single Asset Sale Total Dollar Limit: $2,000,000 minimum, $25,000,000 Maximum Case by Case above $25mm
Portfolio Asset Acquisition: $500,000 minimum, $25,000,000 Maximum Case by Case above $25mm
