JEFFREY GOMEZ




the boysJeff Gomez founded Kresher Capital in 2012 and is responsible for creating and growing an elite private real estate company that invests and manages debt and equity investments in multiple US markets. Since Kresher Capital’s inception, Mr. Gomez has closed over $100 million in debt and equity transactions while increasing investor’s real estate owned footprint to over 100,000 square feet in downtown Denver.

Prior to Kresher Capital, Mr. Gomez worked for ABN AMRO Mortgage Capital Markets Group. At ABN AMRO he closed more than $1.3 billion in un-securitized jumbo and commercial loan trades by analyzing potential client’s balance sheets, cold calling bank Presidents and CFOs and in some cases educating bank boards and credit committees on the entire process. Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Gomez worked for Alliance Bernstein, American Express Financial Advisors, and Pitney Bowes.

Mr. Gomez graduated from Cornell University and was awarded the Cornell Tradition Fellowship. Mr. Gomez is also an INROADS alum.
